Terms of Use for Coola Creative, LLC

These Terms of Use govern your use of services provided by Coola Creative, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).”

By using this website and engaging with Coola Creative, LLC, you agree to the following terms:

Services

Coola Creative, LLC  provides product photography and content creation services. All services are customized and subject to individual project agreements.

Intellectual Property & Image Usage

All images created by Coola Creative, LLC remain the copyrighted property of Coola Creative,LLC.

Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered images for:

  • Social media
  • Websites
  • Digital advertising

This license does not include:

  • Billboard advertising
  • Print publications (magazines, large-scale ads)
  • Resale or redistribution of images

Extended licensing may be available upon request.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project details
  • Shipping products safely and securely
  • Covering all shipping costs, including return shipping

Product Handling & Liability

While every effort is made to handle products with care, Coola Creative, LLC  is not liable for loss, damage, or delays once products are shipped.

Clients assume all risk related to shipping and product condition.

Creative Direction

Creative decisions (lighting, styling, composition, editing) are at the discretion of Coola Creative, LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Satisfaction & Revisions

If a client is not satisfied, Coola Creative, LLC may offer one reshoot or revision, at its discretion.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of creative digital services:

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds are issued for completed work
  • If a client cancels before the project begins, any deposit may be forfeited

Website Use

All content on this website is owned by Coola Creative, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Coola Creative, LLC  is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Business losses resulting from use of images
  • Third-party misuse of delivered content

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Coola Creative, LLC is a Michigan-based creative studio. 

Coola Creative, LLC may engage independent contractors or assistants to fulfill services. All such parties are bound to the same standards and obligations outlined in this agreement.
